CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscription Cancellation

• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the account dashboard or via written request

• Cancellation stops future billing only

• Access continues until the end of the billing period

2. No Retroactive Cancellations

• No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

• No refunds for unused time

3. Service Termination by BANTECH

BANTECH reserves the right to cancel or suspend services for:

• Terms violation

• Non-payment

• Legal or regulatory requirements

4. Data Access Post-Cancellation

• Clients are responsible for exporting data before subscription expiry

• BANTECH is not liable for data loss after termination
