No refunds for unused periods

Downgrades apply only at next billing cycle
3. Custom Development Services

All custom development, design, and consulting services are non-refundable

Advance payments and milestones are non-reversible once work begins
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered solely at BANTECH’s discretion in cases of:

Technical errors in billing
Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method
