REFUND POLICY

BANTECH SOLUTIONS (Trade Name: BANTECH)

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and SaaS platforms, refunds are governed strictly by this policy.


2. SaaS Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees (monthly/annual) are non-refundable

  • No refunds for unused periods

  • Downgrades apply only at next billing cycle


3. Custom Development Services

  • All custom development, design, and consulting services are non-refundable

  • Advance payments and milestones are non-reversible once work begins


4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered solely at BANTECH’s discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical errors in billing

Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method

  • Timelines depend on the payment gateway (PayPal/Razorpay/Payoneer)
